Taki reviews construction works

ZIRO, May 20: To discuss the financial and physical achievement of various infrastructural constructions within the Hapoli Township, parliamentary secretary for food and civil supplies Tage Taki on Saturday had a brief meeting with the executive engineers of PWD, electrical, urban and PHE departments at the circuit house here.

Later along with department heads, Taki inspected the township roads, culverts, drains, under construction outdoor stadium and the multi-storied car parking building. 

The parliamentary secretary on the occasion directed the executing agency concerned to complete the construction of outdoor stadium before August 15 next so that the ensuing Independence Day could be celebrated in the venue.

With a seating capacity of 4000, the outdoor stadium which in being constructed at the heart of Hapoli town will be one of its kind as it will also lodge a shopping complex.

Expressing overall satisfaction on the progress of work being carried, Taki, however, reminded the agencies to stick to their deadlines.
