Ering dedicates Dere to Tarak

PASIGHAT, Mar 9: East Arunachal Lok Sabha MP Ninong Ering was given a rousing reception at Tarak village, 20 kms away from Siang headquarters Pangin as he on Thursday attended the inauguration ceremony of a newly constructed Dere (Community Hall) here.

Sponsored by Ering under his MPLAD fund and constructed by RWD in an amount of Rs 25 lakh, the Dere was inaugurated by HGB Tate Jerang in the presence of the MP, SP D Jini and locals.

Speaking on the occasion, Ering advised the villagers to take proper care of the community hall and use the assets for promotion of age-old tradition and culture.

Greeting the people on the auspicious occasion of Aran Festival, he further assured to take up the headquarter issue with chief minister Pema Khandu, power minister Tamiyo Taga and local MLA Tapang Taloh.

Stating that socio-economic development could only be achieved in society which is peaceful, the MP appealed the people to be cooperative while solving issues.

Responding to public grievances, he also assured to take up compensation related issues of Trans Arunachal Highway project on priority with the appropriate authorities on priority. DIPRO
