Los Angeles, Jun 06: Kevin Hart, who found success in films, television and stand-up, is now set to make his debut in the world of writing as he launched his memoir “I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons” which documents his rise to fame.
He has devoted many chapters to his childhood which gives thorough introduction of his family members and friends and some personal memories from his youth.
The 37-year-old comedian told USA Today that he wrote his new book as motivation for others, to show one can go through “the good, the bad and the ugly” and find success.
“I’m not afraid of being honest, I’m an open book. I’m a person. My life is real, it’s not a facade. I’m not afraid to show I’m human,” Hart said at a BookCon event.
The comedian’s memoir will go on sale today. PTI
